As any of our regular readers are well aware, we are rather fond of the odd bottle of rosé or three. Last week we sat down at Toronto’s Spoke club with Provençal Winemaker Romain Ott of Château Léoube to talk about his wines.

A perennial favourite of many of Toronto’s better drinking and dining establishments, it was a great pleasure to have an opportunity to taste through the range of Romain’s wines on the Spoke’s rooftop patio.
