Bio: Two Sisters Vineyards is a family-owned premium estate winery. Along with it’s Italian-inspired restaurant, and inspiring facilities, it is dedicated to provide an extraordinary winery experience in the small, but world-class, historic Niagara-on-the-Lake wine region. The Two Sisters, Angela and Melissa, set out the 60 acres estate vineyard of Cabernet varieties in 2007, had their first crush in 2010 and opened the new traditionally-designed European winery doors in 2014. it takes advantage of the warm, long season Niagara River sub-appellation, maintains sustainable viticultural practices and advanced winemaking techniques. As a VQA-classified operation, it is dedicated to producing complex, full-bodied reds from the estate, and sourcing highest quality white varieties from acknowledged Niagara Peninsula growers. The winery focuses on a limited annual production of some 9,000 cases of the highest quality wines imaginable from cool climate Ontario.
