After some turkey carving, Chef Rodney Bowers readies himself for a yuletide smooch.

Last December, in association with Wüsthof Canada we presented Chef Rodney Bowers showing us how to carve a turkey using the Wüsthof Classic Ikon Carving Knife and the Wüsthof Classic Ikon Straight Meat Fork.

Seeing as we published it a little too close to the holidays last year, we heard that many people didn’t see Chef Bower’s Turkey takedown until after the big day.

With this in mind we thought we would repost the video again this year

Knife skills videos are something that we have been looking to produce for quite some time at Good Food Revolution, and so we are delighted to partner with Wüsthof for this ongoing series.

We have a great lineup of Chefs showing off their knife skills in the new year, and I now have the multicam editing down pat. Watch this space!
