I can still remember the first time I tasted the wines of Marche producer Cìu Cìu. I was immediately struck by the vitality of their whites, the layered complexities of their reds, and the structure present and correct in both.
We spoke with the amiable Paolo Agostinelli about the organic wines of Cìu Cìu back in November of 2015, and so we were utterly delighted to taste and chat with him again this week to find out what has been going on at this, one of my favourite Marche producers.
