Earlier this year in the French town of Pézenas, I had the pleasure of bumping into Winemaker Jérôme Roger of Château Du Prieuré Des Mourgues.

Having been familiar with his Domaine des Aspes wines for almost two decades, I was more than happy to taste through his wines and then sit down for a chat about the Saint Chinian appellation.
