by Norman Hardie of Norman Hardie Winery and Vineyard, a ‘Certified Good Food Fighter’

I hope you can join me on October 28th at Didier for what promises to be an “evening of gastronomic hedonism”.

Didier Leroy has long been recognized as one of Canada’s top chefs. He is one of only 3 chefs to be awarded the “Maitres-Cuisiniers de France/Master Chef of France” in Canada. Didier’s classic approach using local ingredients makes a natural match for our “old world” style wines. We spent a “tough” afternoon prior to vintage tasting through our wines and dishes to find the perfect matches.

At 6:30 sharp I will lead a horizontal tasting of our highly acclaimed 08 Chardonnays accompanied by canapes followed by a mouth-watering 5 course meal ideally paired with our 08 and 09 vintage wines.
