Pio Cesare's Augusto Boffa tells us about the history of his family's house.

Pio Cesare’s Augusto Boffa tells us about the history of his family’s house at the Rogers & Company portfolio tasting last week.

Pio Cesare are a name synonymous with classic Piemontese wines, and have had an enviably strong presence in the Canadian market for many a decade. With a family story dating back to 1881, the house now sees its fifth generation working with their vineyards in both Barolo and Barbaresco.

We recently sat down with Pio Cesare’s Augusto Boffa to speak about what gives both the Pio Cesare brand and its wines such amazing staying power over so many years.
