Ducio Corsini of Principe Corsini at Toronto’s Wine Academy, feeling a little chilly.

The other week I sat down at Toronto’s Wine Academy to speak with Ducio Corsini of Tuscany’s Principe Corsini about his family’s fascinating history and the excellent wines they produce today.

We also tasted his current “Le Corti” Chianti Classico which is currently available in LCBO Vintages, and it was rather delicious. I’d seriously suggest that you pick some up as soon as you can.
