One of Canada’s hottest Chefs spends his day off cooking for friends, family and industry people. Mixing rock and roll reality with mouth-watering recipes, Montréal chef Chuck Hughes shares his passion for food, friends and fun in his popular Food Network show,  Chuck’s Day Off.

Chuck Hughes recently shot to even greater fame  winning the Iron Chef America  contest against culinary superstar Bobby Flay. He will be visiting Stratford and appearing at the Savour Stratford Perth County Culinary Festival in September.

“We’re thrilled to announce that  Chuck Hughes  will be joining us at this year’s festival!” says Danielle Brodhagen, festival director. “Chuck is really excited to come to Stratford and about getting involved with the community. We can’t wait to introduce him to the festival!”

Chuck will be participating in the festival on both Saturday and Sunday as well as hosting “Chuck’s Night Out,” a cocktail party on Friday, September 23rd at the Stone Maiden Inn.
