In another part of our continuing series exploring the myriad wines of the Languedoc, this week we sit down with Montreal-based journalist Janine Saine to get her perspective upon this utterly fascinating region.

Janine tells us that she has witnessed a huge improvement in the overall quality of the wines here since she first began writing about wines. She also explains her theories about the amazing popularity of Languedoc wines within Quebec compared to that of other provinces.
