On May 4th, Le Dolci , owner Lisa Sanguedolce’s fun foodie studio held it’s opening party. Located on Dundas St West, just across Trinity Bellwoods Park, this airy studio space will house a bakery as well as their cooking & demo studio. Le Dolci owner Lisa invites the Toronto’s best bakers, chefs & food lovers to gather to learn about new techniques, new food pairings and more. Their macaron baking class held by Mardi Michaels is always a hit and their cupcake decorating themed classes sell out quick.

Good Food Member Rosewood Estates Winery was invited to pour to celebrate the momentous occasion. Pouring their Sussreserve Riesling, Pinot Noir & Mead Royale it was a great evening to celebrate the opening of this great new space. Rosewood has since partnered with Le Dolci to collaborate on unique wine, honey & mead classes. Coming up on July 12th there will be a unique Bees, Mead & Cheese Class Stay tuned for more announcements about unique wine pairing classes .
