Le Sommelier Holiday Wine Gifts

Le Sommelier offers an array of wine and wine themed gift ideas.

ORDER DEADLINE: DECEMBER 8

Do you have a client or friend you would like to thank or surprise with some fantastic wine and/or wine glasses this holiday season?

We’re really excited to let you know about the holiday wine gifts we’ve put together this year. We have a great selection of wine in stock, and we’ve put together a variety of gift packages to meet your needs and budget.

What better way is there to say “Thank You” to your friends and clients than to offer them wines selected by a certified Sommelier, delivered right to their door?

We are offering two different price level packages, the “Sommelier Selection” and “Exclusive Selection.” The minimum order is 12 bottles, which can be gifted and shipped in any combination of two bottle, three bottle or four bottle boxes.

The details:

  • Packaging and handling fee is $9.50.
  • Optional white Pull-Tap®, double hinged, high quality corkscrews available for $15+HST, while supplies last.
  • All gifts will be hand-delivered. Delivery charge is $12+HST per gift within the Toronto area. Additional charges for deliveries outside the Toronto area.

Getting started is as easy as selecting your price level, and we will take care of the gift design and delivery.

Sommelier Selection includes:

  • wines priced between $14-25
  • greeting card (send us your personalized note, and we will include it in the box)
  • optional Pull-Tap® corkscrew as described above

Exclusive Selection includes:

  • wines priced between $25-150
  • greeting card (send us your personalized note, and we will include it in the box)
  • optional Pull-Tap® corkscrew as described above

Wines are shipped in boxes that fit 2, 3, or 4 bottles, similar to this one below:

I’m also very excited to share that we now sell Zalto stemware and decanters. If you aren’t familiar with Zalto, these fine lead-free crystal glasses are mouth-blown and hand-made in Austria, and in my opinion, the most beautiful wine glasses in the world. This video will give you an idea of the precise workmanship you can expect in every glass.

Those passionate about wine will love these glasses. Here’s what some of the world’s most prominent wine critics think about them:

“What I love is that Zalto glasses are the thinnest and most delicate glasses I have come across, yet seem springy and almost elastic in the hand. Best of all, the manufacturers say they are best washed in a regular dishwasher. They are cheaper than many of Riedel’s top models and would give any serious wine lover a real thrill over the closeness of contact they offer.” – Jancis Robinson, MW

“Zalto glasses are in my view the finest on the market. Perfectly balanced, ultra elegant, and just a sheer joy to use.” – John Szabo, MS

“I love it. It’s a fabulous glass.” – Robert Parker, Jr.

Please submit your orders by Friday, Dec 8 to ensure your gifts are received before the holidays.
