Never a couple to rest on their (well-deserved) laurels, Winemaker Shiraz Mottiar and Vigneron Martin malivoire are always trying out something new at Malivoire.

We took a trip down to their Beamsville Bench winery to have a peek at their new concrete tanks, and had a brief chat with Shiraz to find out the thinking behind this new investment.
