Some eight years ago we joined Grant MacPherson AKA Prairie Boy at his place up in Grey County for a video interview about his organic fruit and vegetable cultivation.

Today Grant is the proud owner of Prairie Boy Bread, located at 970 College Street, Toronto.

We sat down with Grant for a discussion about his move into baking bread, and his commitment to using organic flours from local mills.
