Toronto’s John Sinopoli explains how to prepare the undeniably tricky artichoke using Wüsthof’s Classic Icon range.

In association with Wüsthof Canada we present the eleventh of an educational video series featuring a selection of Toronto Chefs showing us their knife skills using specific knives from the Wüsthof range in the home kitchen environment.

In episode eleven we have Chef John Sinopoli of Garde de L’Est, The Civic, and Ascari Enoteca showing us how to prepare that rather challenging member of the thistle family, the artichoke, using the Wüsthof Classic Ikon Peeling Knife.
