What with Ontario’s Best Sommelier Competition coming up in the next few weeks. we thought that we’d check in with competitor Julie Garton, Sommelier for Toronto’s Broadcloth Hospitality Inc. (The Oxley, Queen and Beaver Public House, and Wickson Social) to discover how she readies herself for such a formidable challenge.
