In association with Wüsthof Canada we present the ninth of an educational video series featuring a selection of Toronto Chefs showing us their knife skills using specific knives from the Wüsthof range in the home kitchen environment.
In episode five we have Chef Renée Bellefeuille of Toronto’s AGO showing us how to prepare both strawberries and asparagus using the Wüsthof Classic Ikon Santoku and the Wüsthof Classic Ikon Peeling Knife.
