Redzepi at Terroir 2013
Arlene Stein, Chair of Terroir 2013, wants you to hang out with René Redzepi and hear his keynote address at this year’s symposium. (Click here for ticket information.) Stein announced today that the famous Danish chef, renown for his foraging and Nordic cuisine at Noma, would participate in the day long chef and restaurant workers conference on April 8 in Toronto.
