This week we sit down at the GFR offices with none other than Ruben Elmer, a most-jovial gentleman that we have known for many a year in Toronto’s wine world.
Ruben and his business partner, Roberto Albis, another industry veteran, recently took over at well-established Ontario wine agency The Case For Wine.
We spoke about his history in the wine business, his move over to “the dark side” (read: wine sales), and his hopes and dreams for the future of his new agency.
