Having been a reasonably recent convert to the stunningly complex sour beers of Rodenbach, it was with great pleasure I had the opportunity to sit down and taste beers with Rudi Ghequire, Brewmaster for the famed Belgian brewery.

This time around Rudi introduces us to his theories around the differing palates of various cultures around the globe.
