The Fairmont Royal York Hotel presents 12 cocktails; one each for the 12 days leading-up to Christmas. First-up is… “The Tinseltini”.

To create your own Tinseltini, you’ll need:

1 oz Absolut Vanilla

½ oz White Crème de Menthe

½ oz Green Crème de Menthe

Shake — or stir — and garnish with a mint leaf and cherry.

All specialty cocktails are available, for a limited time, at The Fairmont Royal York’s Library Bar, located next to the famous Imperial Room.
