Challop (noun) – plural : challops
Pronounced “chah-lop’

1: Abbreviation for challenging opinion.
2: An irregularly published column on website Good Food Revolution.

In next week’s Good Food Revolution we’ll be looking into the absence of Canadian wines on the aeroplanes of the largest airline in our home and native land.

I feel that is utterly ridiculous that our terrific wines rarely get a shoe-in, and so I have spent seven years collecting wine lists from Air Canada’s business class menus to prove that there’s something going on here that isn’t quite right.

With the recent announcement of Air Canada bringing on the talented and charming Sommelier Veronique Rivest in a consultancy capacity, we are very much looking forward to seeing more Canadian juice both in the air and in the lounges.

If you have any thoughts or feelings upon this particular subject matter please contact us here at Good Food Revolution as we would very much welcome your contributions.
