On Saturday July 21st at Rosewood Estates Winery, there will be a rare gathering of unique Cool Climate Chardonnay producers from around the world. Not only will the wines be cool climate but several Chardonnays will be “wild fermented”. Inspired by the distinct cool climate growing regions, the Rosewood team wants to showcase an original lineup of cool climate & wild fermented Chardonnays.

With producers from around the globe, a lineup of wines like this has never been seen before. For an opportunity to taste Chardonnays that you can’t find in Ontario get your tickets today: http://www.coolchardonnay.org/content/tickets-0

Named “ WILD for Chardonnay: Comparative Tasting of Wild Ferment Chardonnays “ this tasting experience will begin at 11am with vineyard tours, followed up a wine fair and then a 4 course tasting luncheon featuring 8 Chardonnays. Chef Michael Pasto of Good Earth Winery has pulled together a tasting menu to pair with these exclusive Chardonnays.

Renowned wine editor & write Anthony Gismondi will guide you throughout your experience and you will have an opportunity to discuss and mingle with wine producers such as Norm Hardie, Sebastien Jacquey of Le Clos Jordanne, Matt Mavety of Blue Mountatin Vineyards & more. A great way to learn, enjoy & taste through highly sought after Chardonnays, our lineup includes wines from Ontario, BC, Oregon, California and Chile.
