Leaning Post and Nicholas Pearce Wines will be holding an outdoor event that pays homage to our favourite varietal, Chardonnay. Our theme is how our Ontario Chardonnay stacks up against our old world inspiration. 
 
Round 1: Cremant de Jura vs Traditional Method Sparkling Zero Dosage

Round 2: Chablis vs Unoaked Chardonnay

The rounds will have individual food pairing samples – oysters, cheese pairings, shrimp with aioli, and popcorn – that will match stunningly.

The session will be led by Leaning Post Winemaker Ilya Senchuk and Sommelier Nadia Senchuk, as well as Sommelier Ian Thresher from Nicholas Pearce Wines.

Two time slots available: 1:00pm and 3:00pm
$75 per person / $65 per Leaning Post wine club member.
