Tuesday November 20th, 2012, Gilead.
Chef Jamie Kennedy will by joined by friends and industry colleagues Marcel Rethoré (Le Caviste Wines) and Jeff Connell (Woodlot) to curate a dinner celebrating the Loire Valley, part of Unesco’s World Heritage list. Wines from the region will be paired with a menu inspired by the region. Marcel and Jeff will speak to the wines and their distinctive terroir-driven beauty.
Hors d’oeuvres & five course dinner ~ $75
Flight of wines ~ $50
