Join chef Tyler Shedden at Café Boulud for our First-Ever Farm Dinner Series with special guest Bill Parke of Blackview Farm, Thursday, August 21st, 7PM. The pair will cook a 4 course dinner inspired by the Parkes’ deep respect for the environment, preservation of farmland, and producing safe and nutritious food.

Each course will be paired with a Norman Hardie wine selected by Wine Director Drew Walker.

The evening will also include an appearance by guest speaker Mark Schatzker, author of the book Steak. Mark writes a weekly column for the Globe and Mail, and a frequent contributor to Condé Nast magazines.
