Bio: Cloudsley Cellars is a boutique winery located in the heart of the Twenty Mile Bench appellation in Niagara, Ontario. With grapes sourced from some of Niagara’s best vineyards we aim to produce the finest representation of cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay with minimalist intervention. Traditional techniques include the use of wild yeast and extended barrel maturation in French oak with a moderate use of new oak so as not to overpower the inherent characteristics of the terroir. Whether at a restaurant, at home or at the winery, we hope you enjoy our unique expression of Niagara.
