Andrea Sartori was recently in town to celebrate his family’s winery’s 120th anniversary. We caught up with him at Toronto’s Wine Academy.

In 120 years the family-owned, Verona-based Sartori winery have gone from reasonably modest beginnings in the hotel business to becoming one of the major players in the world of Italian wines.

Last week we spoke to the amiable Andrea Sartori, who gave us a potted history of his family’s history, his thoughts regarding climate change in his region, and his hopes for the future.
