Noble Estates offer two wines made by a Chilean legend.
Arboleda was founded in 1999 by fifth generation winemaker Eduardo Chadwick as his personal venture. Eduardo’s vision for his Arboleda project is to make the most sustainable and pure wines to showcase the world-class quality of the best terroirs in the Aconcagua Valley of Chile.
The philosophy behind this project is to craft single-vineyard wines that reveal the purest expression of each unique terroir.
2015 Sauvignon Blanc – $17.95 – 93 points James Suckling
Aged for 5 months in stainless, it is consistently fresh with bright acidity. Aromas of dried lemons and apple, and on the palate, it has a very long and creamy finish. Great wine for end of summer picnics!
2014 Cabernet Sauvignon – $19.95 – 92 points James Suckling
The different components of the fruit obtained from Las Vertientes Vineyard give life to a Cabernet Sauvignon with freshness and great balance. In some years, a bit of Cabernet Franc from the same property is added to the final blend as well as a small amount of Syrah. 20% is aged in new French oak, and is medium to full bodied with flavours of cassis and leather.
