Gender Roles?

Yes, that is a bottle of 1982 Beaujolais… and it was stellar!

So perhaps you may have heard of wines being referred to as being Masculine or Feminine and thought “Hmmmm, what’s that all about?”

Well, Winemaker at Château des Jacques, Guillaume de Castleneau has an interesting take on that philosophy and how it applies to the 10 Crus of Beaujolais…
