Two months ago I published a review of Benjamin Aldes Wurgaft‘s rather excellent book Meat Planet : Artificial Flash And The Future Of Food

So impressed was I with his eloquently erudite writings that I tracked him down, and thankfully he graciously agreed to an online video interview about his research for the book.
