Despite appearing, for all intents and purposes, to be an urbane individual, I grew up in a relatively small town out in the countryside on the outskirts of Edinburgh, Scotland. With this in mind, I do so enjoy getting back to the country now and again, to meet some sheep, step in a few cowpats, and breathe in the farmyard air.
