What with Iceland being on the tip of everyone’s tongues this week, I felt that it would be most topical to feature Mugison, one of that country’s most highly regarded artists.

A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to speak with Icelandic musician/singer/songwriter Mugison about some of the peculiarities of the traditional foods of his homeland.

Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge, and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… and he really hope that this volcano in Iceland lets up soon or he won’t be going to the United Kingdom this weekend!
