Last week at Le Salon des Vins in Quebec City we were delighted to see the familiar face of international Winemaker Pascal Marchand. After tasting through a range of his wines we managed to convince the charming fellow to join us for a quick interview where Pascal spoke about his recent winemaking adventures around the world. Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… and he was very happy to bump into Pascal at the Salon des Vins.
