Donum Estate's Winegrower Anne Moller-Racke at Toronto's Ritz Carlton
This week we spend some time with Californian Winegrower Anne Moller-Racke in what could be perhaps the worst spot in Toronto to record a video/audio interview.
Nevertheless, the charming Ms. Moller-Racke and wines showed wonderfully. Her Pinot Noirs show an elegance that is so often missing from Californian examples.

Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… and he gets rather frustrated when he discovers that an interview’s audio is full of ambient noise.

This is an amazing compiliation of the year’s best-of-the-best cookbooks, with a wide range of recipes in all different styles and genres, right at your fingertips. In addition to some of my favorite stars from the Food Network, it has some authors I was not aware of, and am glad to have this on my shelf, to spread my culinary wings! Highly recommended.
