Juanjo Pinol looking extremely happy at Toronto’s Edulis Restaurant

Charismatic Spanish Winemaker Juanjo Piñol of Celler Piñol was in town last month to introduce some of his new wines to a select group of Toronto restauranteurs. Good Food Revolution caught up with him upstairs at Toronto’s Edulis restaurant.

Celler Piñol wines are available through Profile Wine Group and at a number of fine restaurants around the city.

Edinburgh-born/Toronto-based Sommelier, consultant, writer, judge, and educator Jamie Drummond is the Director of Programs/Editor of Good Food Revolution… And he really enjoyed the Celler Pinol wines, they exhibited some amazing values both in white and red.
