It’s been an undeniably hard time for the hospitality sector the world over, and with the future still looking extremely uncertain, restaurateurs have been struggling to survive in what is turning out to be the new normal of this COVID-19 era.

Today we spoke with Toronto’s Alan Liu about how things have changed at his downtown hotspot Salad King, how he’s managing with his fettered reopening, and where he feels all of this may be going.
