This week we reconnect with an old friend of Good Food Revolution, famed Swedish Chef (and all-round lovely fellow) Magnus Nilsson. 

We spoke of what he has been up to since he left his restaurant Fäviken after 11 years, his rather excellent new book, and his thought on the struggles of the hospitality sector through the ongoing pandemic.

Magnus’ book, Fäviken : 4015 Days, Beginning To End is published by Phaidon, and is well worth your hard earned dollars.
