Château Pesquié’s Frédéric Chaudière gives us an insight into the Ventoux AOP.

Château Pesquié’s Frédéric Chaudière gives us an insight into the impact of COVID-19 in the Ventoux AOP.

In part 2 of a 2 part extended interview we speak with Château Pesquié winemaker (and president of the Ventoux AOP), Frédéric Chaudière.

After some technical difficulties a few weeks previously, Frédéric was kind enough to re-record the interview with me, and we got so much into our conversation that it ran a little longer than we had expected.

In Part 2 we speak about the impact of the pandemic upon the 2020 harvest, and where France stands today in its struggle to contain the virus.
