This week sees us join  Emmanuel Riffaud once again, a French winemaker who has made his home in the Maipo Valley crafting wines for Baron Philippe de Rothschild‘s Escudo Rojo project.

This time around Emmanuel gives us a look around his crushpad where the last of the Carménère is coming in…
