Belligham's Winemaker Richard Duckitt takes us down into his barrel cellar in the second part of this extended interview.

Bellingham’s Winemaker Richard Duckitt takes us down into his barrel cellar in the second part of this interview.

In part 2 of a 2 part extended interview we speak with South African winemaker Richard Duckitt about how they have been dealing with the ongoing pandemic at Bellingham Wines, Franschhoek.

After some technical difficulties a few weeks previously, Richard was kind enough to re-record the interview with me, and we got so much into our conversation that it ran a little longer than we had expected.

The two wines that we taste together are The Old Orchard Chenin Blanc (an absolute steal at $16.95!) and The Bernard Series Limited Edition Chenin Blanc (a really solid example of the wonders of old vine Chenin).

You can find part 1 here.
