As yet ANOTHER week wrought with pandemic anxiety slowly winds to an end, I think it’s only natural that a man’s thoughts turn to gin. But not any old gin, oh no…

Last week we spent some time in the company of Isle of Harris distiller, Norman Ian Mackay.

Now, we have previously interviewed the distillery’s most-amiable Simon Erlanger, but this time I was determined to discover EXACTLY what makes that particular gin so damn special and, dare-I-say, moreish; I swear I have a serious weakness for its saline charms…
