Gianna Sami talks about Italian wine at Terroni

On October 19th and 20th, and on the next weekend of October 26th and 27th, Terroni at 1095 Yonge Street, Toronto, will host to the North American Sommelier Association’s Italian Wine Specialist Certificate course (with the exam on November 10).

This will be the first time NASA has offered one of its courses in Ontario, if not Canada. Gianna Sami works for Cavinona, which supplies wine to the Ontario Terroni restaurants and is sourcing much of the wine to be used for the course. I caught up with her recently to shoot the video below to find out more about what’s going to happen when NASA comes to Toronto.
