With the help of some seriously delicious partners, the Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance is launching a new Ontario-wide dining series called #FeastON Nights.

Feast ON certified restaurants across the province will be offering unique and exclusive dining experiences with a strong focus on local food and drink all autumn long. They’ll be designing experiences that fit their individual styles — Caplansky’s is hosting The Shabbat! — and offer up a unique experience not available on the day-to-day.

What’s more, every experience will celebrate our amazing Ontario beef and cow’s milk cheese producers. The series will not only showcase the great products that this province has to offer but also help foster a deeper relationship between you and your food. Some will even allow for a behind the scenes look at how your food gets to you!

“We’re a part of #FeastON Nights in order to show people the local food at our front door,” said Executive Chef Shawn Murphy of Southbrook Vineyards. “Feast ON helps people, helps us, connect. We’re growing our knowledge base and growing Ontario’s local food sector. We’re proud to be a part of that.” Shawn will be cooking up a seven course tasting menu in the vineyard happening later this month.

One of the first experiences is at Rhubarb Restaurant. They’re throwing an Oktoberfest Beer Makers Dinner featuring their award winning Boshkung Brewery ales. Meet Master Brewer Brent MIlcz and indulge in four courses, including a quintessentially German Beef Rouladen with BBco beer braised Ontario cabbage and of course, spaetzle. Who doesn’t love spaetzle?

“Feast ON Nights will not only be delicious for everyone who takes part but it will connect people with local food, producers and chefs in a new way,” said Rebecca Mackenzie, Executive Director of the Ontario Culinary Tourism Alliance. “With more than 100 restaurants throughout the province with a Feast ON designation, we know there will be plenty of opportunities for people to go out and explore the best food Ontario has to offer.”

You can enjoy this and other custom culinary adventures like pizza making, pig head dinners and more all autumn long. Look for the Feast ON Certified collection at Pass The Table until December 30th, 2015.
