While Good Food Revolution have previously dipped our toes into the pond of better quality Proseccos, this week we are delighted to post our interview with the gregarious Sandro Bottega.
Sandro heads up the house of Bottega, one of the most widely recognised of Prosecco brands, and he was in Toronto recently to host a dinner showcasing the many different styles of Prosecco that his family winery produces.
We sat down with Sandro one day later in a private room at Vertical restaurant, where he gave us a 101 in the basics of Prosecco.
