The Farmhouse Tavern’s Chef Alex Moliz presents a multi-course seasonal menu at The Chefs’ House on Wednesday March 5th.

Chef Alex Molitz is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who upon completion of his studies he worked at Daniel in NYC, the flagship restaurant of Chef Daniel Boulud.

We’re glad he’s returned home to Toronto. After stints with Oliver & Bonacini and at Marben alongside Top Chef Canada Champion Carl Heinrich, Alex joined Farmhouse Tavern shortly after they opened. Toronto Life recognized his efforts in helping Farmhouse Tavern be named the to their Top 10 Best New Restaurants in 2013.

Recently awarded a rare 4-star review from Amy Pataki in the Toronto Star, Chef Alex is cementing himself among the countries best young Chefs. Chef Alex was one of 10 Chef’s to represent Team Canada at Cook It Raw in South Carolina, and he is also the Chef of the acclaimed ‘Hunt Camp’ seasonal project at Farmhouse Tavern.
