June 18th : Wild West Coast Fish

The wild salmon, halibut and groundfish fisheries are OPEN for the season! And there might even be spot prawns if we are lucky:) It’s time to celebrate the WILD from British Columbia while the fisheries are just opening and there is loads of beautiful fish to choose from! We will cure, smoke and cook up everything we can get our hands on from our small boat fishers on the coast including cold smoked wild salmon lox, smoked rare spring salmon, marinated slow baked halibut, brined and roast lingcod.
