Bill Redelmeier is rallying the troops again. The Southbrook Vineyards proprietor is organising another foray for the Seriously Cool Chardonnay group of Niagara, Prince Edward County and Okanagan Valley producers of the widely planted white grape. This time they are heading to New York City for a tasting on March 8. The group will be pouring 54 VQA Chardonnays from 31 wineries
