As an augment to the third and final part of our interview with the truly hilarious Eduardo Montresor, we present a tasting of the Montresor Amarone della Valpolicalla, currently available widely across Ontario for $37.85.

Whilst I usually find Amarone a little too much of a mouthful for my personal taste, this one had a lightness and freshness that rather took me by surprise. It was rather lovely, and had me craving some of the horsemeat ragu I enjoyed so much in Verona the last time I visited.
