Being no stranger to the excellent wines of Piedmont stalwarts Borgogno, I was eager to try out the newest release of their infamous NO NAME wine and discuss the great story behind it with Borgogno’s Andrea Graneris.

Their so-called “Baby Barolo” is currently available through Noble Estates consignment program for a very reasonable $44.99.

And let me assure you, there is absolutely no relation to the yellow/black NO NAME generic brand of  grocery and household products pushed by Loblaw Companies Limited.

Look out for Part 2 next week.
